I hope you and your family enjoyed a wonderful summer and are ready for an exciting new school year! I’m delighted to let you know that my Drawing and Watercolor Class for Young People
at the Ridgewood Art Institute will begin again on Monday, September 8th. Classes meet weekly from 3:30–5:30 pm, and tuition is $40 per session. Please be sure your child’s membership at the Art Institute is up to date for the year. Click here to renew.
As we start a new session, this is a great time to check over supplies. Fresh paper, sharpened pencils, and quality paint can really make a difference. If your child would like to branch out into watercolor, I’ll be happy to provide a supply list.
Over the years, I’ve seen how drawing
and painting nurture more than just technical skill. Young artists in my classes learn to observe closely, express themselves, build confidence, and develop a lifelong appreciation for art. It’s always rewarding to watch their creativity grow, and I look forward to guiding them again this year.
